All of our products have been designed to keep technical support issues to an absolute minimum. Most problems are related to simple set up issues, so please ensure you work through the information on these pages before contacting us - it's more than likely a fix to your problem has already been documented in our FAQs.

If you can't find anything that helps, feel free to drop us an email. When doing so, please include as much information as possible about your problem. The more detail we get, the easier it is to focus in on what could be the issue.

For us to be able to help you out as quickly as possible, you must include a full description of your setup, including:

  • the serial number on the base of your Xitel unit;
  • the model and brand of the stereo system, television or iPod you're trying to connect; and
  • a full overview of the problem, including a step by step explanation of what is occurring when you try to link up your product.
